  • Nope! Most clients aren’t. Just ensure we have clear porch access.

  • Typically 4–6 weeks, depending on weather. We select the freshest pumpkins and plants for lasting beauty.

  • Yes! For $75, we’ll return to remove and compost your pumpkins at the end of the season.

  • Once your package is reserved, you’ll receive a short follow-up form where you can share your delivery details, preferences, and upload a photo of your porch. This helps our team plan your perfect setup and make sure every detail fits your space beautifully.

  • We currently serve clients in Medina, Wayne, Summit, and Stark Counties in Northeast Ohio. If you’re nearby but outside this area, feel free to reach out — we occasionally accommodate installs just beyond our core service region when scheduling allows.

  • All sales are final once your booking is confirmed. Because each porch setup is custom-sourced and styled for your space, we’re unable to offer refunds. If you need to adjust your installation window or have a special circumstance, just reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
